We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to residents. You will work in a beautiful, warm and welcoming, 98 bed Care Home that specialises in Residential, Nursing, and Dementia Care.

Your role will be varied, and you will need to respond to the needs of each individual, acting in their best interests, following care plans and taking the time to get to know residents needs and preferences well so that high standards of care can be delivered. The care home is their home, so in your role you will need to be mindful of this and prioritize the residents and their loved ones needs.
